These Terms govern use of averapayroll.com and the payroll and HR onboarding services (the “Services”) provided by AveraPayroll LLC (“AveraPayroll”) to the business customer (“Client”). A signed service agreement or order form, if any, controls over these Terms.
1. Services
We calculate payroll, pay employees by direct deposit or check, calculate, deposit and file payroll taxes as authorized, provide year-end forms, and offer onboarding and reporting tools as described in your plan.
2. Client responsibilities

3. Funding and authorization
Client must approve each payroll and fund it by the deadline we provide (generally two banking days before pay date for direct deposit). Client authorizes AveraPayroll and its banking partners to debit Client’s designated account by ACH for net pay, taxes, and fees, and must keep sufficient funds available by the funding deadline. Returned or insufficient-fund debits may result in delayed payroll, fees and suspension of service. Client remains responsible for all amounts owed.

5. Term and cancellation
Services continue month to month. Either party may cancel with 60 days’ written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for non-payment, fraud, or legal risk. After termination we will provide required year-end forms for the period we serviced and make records available for export for a reasonable period.
